Software License

NTROP7 SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and the NTROP7 development team ("Licensor").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NTROP7 for personal or commercial purposes, as applicable to the license type acquired.

NTROP7 is proprietary software. The User does not acquire any ownership of the software. All rights, titles and interests remain with the Licensor.

4. Absolute Restrictions

The User may not under any circumstances:

• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, decode or attempt to derive source code
• Modification: Alter, adapt, translate or create derivative works
• Distribution: Copy, reproduce, distribute or share the software
• Resale: Sell, sublicense, rent or transfer the license
• Bypass: Remove or bypass protections or license restrictions
• Clone: Create competing software based on concepts or design of NTROP7

5. Intellectual Property Protection

The following elements are protected and may not be reproduced:

• Organizational metaphor (wardrobes, books, chapters)
• User interface and user experience
• File management algorithms
• NTROP7 brand and associated trademarks
• Documentation and promotional material

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the User violates any of these terms. Upon termination, the User must:

• Immediately cease use of the software
• Delete all copies from their devices
• Certify in writing the destruction of all copies

9. Legal Action

The Licensor reserves the right to take civil and criminal legal action against any individual or entity that violates this agreement, including:

• Injunctive relief and injunctions
• Compensation for actual and consequential damages
• Recovery of legal fees and costs
• Criminal prosecution for piracy offenses

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, proposals or representations. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
