1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading or using NTROP7 ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Intellectual Property

NTROP7 and all related content, including but not limited to:

  • Source code and compiled binaries
  • User interface design and visual elements
  • Documentation and user manuals
  • Logos, icons and graphical assets
  • Algorithms and file management methodologies

Are the exclusive property of the NTROP7 developer team and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

3. Permitted Use

With a valid license you can:

  • Install and use the Software on your personal devices
  • Create backup copies for personal use
  • Use the features as described in the documentation

4. Prohibited Actions

You are expressly PROHIBITED from:

  • Decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the Software
  • Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works
  • Redistributing, sublicensing or selling the Software
  • Removing copyright notices or watermarks
  • Using the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Sharing or publishing the license key
  • Cloning, replicating or imitating the functionality for commercial purposes

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss or file corruption
  • Interruptions in service or availability
  • Damages arising from misuse of the Software

6. Infringement Consequences

Violations of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of license
  • Civil legal action for damages
  • Criminal prosecution where permitted by law

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
